This is my first tutorial I've made. o^o

Here's some extras:

Pencils:

8B and 6B - Use this very rarely. I only use it for the darkest of shadows in the eyes, hair, and other things that have dark color.

4B - It's use can vary depending on what you're shading. I use this for the darker shadows of black or darker hair.

2B - This can be commonly used. I use it for shadows for almost anything except the skin or very light objects.

B, HB, and H - You may not need the B and H pencils. I just got these in a drawing set I got from Michael's. I use this the most; the shadows, light shadows, and sketching out the drawing.

2H - I use this for the lighter shadows of the drawing.

4H - I use this for shading in darker skin and the lightest of shadows. I love this pencil because it makes me feel awesome. ;w;

Shopping:

Michael's can be a good art store; if you get some good coupons.

Walmart is where I get my paper. It is convenient for me because it's right down the street from me. Be sure to use one sheet of paper as much as you can so you don't waste it and end up with lots of sketches all over the place.

Online shopping is a bit more ideal if you have some good price comparing skills and if you live in a place where you can't find these art supplies. One of the factors is shipping, which can be a bit much on some online stores. Always remember not to impulsively shop because there is probably always a better deal out there.
